- ● Cancellation by Panambur Surfing School: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 5. Safety and Conduct
- ● Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for adhering to all safety instructions provided by our instructors. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.
- ● Behavior: We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the program without a refund.
6. Assumption of Risk
By participating in our surfing programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing and water sports. Panambur Surfing School is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation in our programs.
7. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any of our surfing programs. The waiver releases Panambur Surfing School, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation.
8. Intellectual Property
